Dart prepares to dump NSW?

Is NSW becoming too hard for Dart Energy? After strong opposition to core hole drilling at Putty and angry meetings with Sydney residents where it also has approval to drill, Dart issued an announcement to the Australian Stock Exchange which boosted its flagging share price.

25 August 2011 – Dart Energy's announcement
Dart Energy Limited (ASX: DTE) will undertake a substantial restructure, including a proposed listing of its international portfolio of coal bed methane (CBM or CSG) assets on the Singapore Stock Exchange. Dart will also continue to assess the optimal ownership structure for the Australian business and explore the introduction of strategic partners as may be appropriate either at an asset or corporate level. http://clients.weblink.com.au/clients/dartenergy/article.asp?asx=DTE&view=4234502
