What's an exploration licence freeze?
The Sydney Morning Heralds article - Exploration licences freeze in NSW gave me reason to hope but on closer inspection it is hard to know what it means. As all valuable mining areas in NSW already have Exploration Licences over them a freeze on new exploration licences means little!!!
